desift
A data-driven, template-based text filter implemented in Perl. This project
is no longer active, and was never widely used, probably because it's not
very necessary given the amount of tools that can do anything desift can do
plus a whole lot more. Frankly, if you can take minute to read the awk man page
or learn how to use your shell's printf builtin, you probably don't need to use
desift. However, desift is handy if you need a simple way to store a
template externally to the code that processes the template and the
Perl Monks wrote a friendly
review of desift.

Weather Icons
A free service from weather.com allows
you to integrate weather information on your site using their XML services.
I created these weather icons as a replacement for the ones distributed
by weather.com.
